Conference Theme & Topics
Radical Resilience, Visible Impact: Cultivating the Library of Tomorrow
All Proposals should align with the conference theme. Proposals may include innovative ideas, research findings, evidence-based solutions, ongoing project insights, or case studies addressing key industry challenges and opportunities within the following topics.

Submission Formats
When submitting a proposal, the presenter should select the presentation format that best suits their content:
- Panel Presentations: Panel proposals should outline well-developed work that highlights research findings, best practices, or case studies. Presentations are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by a joint Q&A session.
- Lightning Talks: Briefly present a key idea, innovation, or lesson learned, focusing on practical insights to spark discussion. Talks are limited to a maximum of 7 minutes.
- Poster Sessions: Poster proposals should be on a project, initiative, or results - whether complete or in progress - that has reached a meaningful stage of development. If your proposal is accepted, we will provide the specifications for the physical poster.
Note: For all proposals, the Conference Organizing Committee may, in some cases, accept an abstract while proposing an alternative format from the initially selected one, if it fits better within the program. In this case, the author will be consulted.
Submission Guidelines
- Authors should limit submissions to a maximum of two proposals. For any single initiative or project, only one contribution format will be considered.
- Abstracts should be between 200 and 500 words (regardless of format).
- All proposals must be submitted in English.
- In line with APA Journals policy on generative AI, all AI support should be acknowledged/disclosed.

- Please submit proposals via the submission form.
- Proposal deadline: August 7, 2026.
- Notification: Early September 2026.
