Databases
Hosts several databases in the areas of gene expression regulation, genome analysis and evolution, and pathway networks maintained by the Center.
An integrated database of 254 specialized databases in Physics, Chemistry, Astronomy, Earth sciences and Biology. It contains 431 terabytes of data on geospatial information, plants and botanical gardens, atomic molecular physics databases, etc.
Focuses on the topic of health and diseases for basic medical research.
The Archive is developed by the National Population Health Data Center, supported by the Institute of Medical Information, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. The Center is one of the 20 national science data center approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance.
The Archive mainly receives scientific data from science and technology projects supported by the national budget. Its data resources cover basic medicine, clinical medicine, public health, traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy, pharmacy, population and reproduction. The platform supports data collection, archiving, processing, storage, curation, verification, certification and release in the field of population health.
Built upon a series of surveys on national physique and health conditions, it provides a comprehensive view on the morphology, function and physical capacity of an individual body. Online analysis available.
The database includes three sub-databases which separately assesses students' psychiatric symptoms, adults' psychiatric symptoms, and social behaviors in schools. Online analysis available.
A data center consisting of more than 100 databases on traditional Chinese medicine, terminology, disease prevention, historical documents, and acupuncture methods.
The platform provides global satellite cataloging, selected satellite remote sensing data and a collection of other scientific data sets. It also offers scientific datasets for sharing.
The platform is also linked to the Global Ecosystems and Environment Observation Analysis Research Corporation (GEOARC), the Cooperation on the Analysis of carbon SAtellites data (CASA), the National Spatial Data Acquisition and Application Emergency Collaboration System and Data Sharing Service Platform, and the GEOSS Portal.
Provides policies and reports with statistics on environmental quality, pollution prevention and treatment, assessment on environmental influence, environmental regulations, natural ecology, technology standards, environmental protection industry, radiation safety management, quantity of pollutant discharge, environmental monitoring, water project, historical data, etc.
Provides a unique data collection that has been designed to facilitate a wide range of natural science and socioeconomic research and educational activities.
